SERVICE REFUSAL

I reserve the right to refuse service to any one for any reason.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations may be made up to the minute. However frequent cancellations may require prepayment during scheduling with no refunds.

 

TREATMENT OF WALK-INS

At Villa Salons I will take walk-ins but there is no guarantee for a wait time as currently most guests schedule appointments. Appointment arrivals are honored first with a late grace period of twenty minutes.

 

Only best days for walk-ins Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays unless you schedule an appointment. Appointment arrivals are honored first. A waiting list is used for walk-ins and your time can be prompted by text

 

ON PAYMENT

Payments are made on the day of the appointment and I accept cash or credit. I post all to Square Up and send digital receipts only.

 

SERVICE GUARANTEE

There is no charge if you are not 100% absolutely satisfied with your service!

 

CHEMICAL SERVICES

All chemical services require a profile and signature release prior to services. All chemical applications require a skin patch test.

 

SCHEDULING

Please refer to the Scheduling page of this website for hours of availability. Days that are early morning scheduled will increase hours available as demand increases.  See changes for spring , summer to holiday seasons.

 

CALLS  FOR APPOINTMENTS

When calling for a consult, please leave a message in the event I am with a guest. I will return the call as soon as possible to give you my undivided attention. For faster response  to scheduling requests, you may text me at 281-406-6815. If it is not after hours, I will respond within fifteen  to 45 minutes. If it is after hours, I will response next morning.

 

SCHEDULING AFTER HOURS

After hours scheduling requires a 24 hour notice.
